They had let an employee go ( This employee that I’m writing the review under) , and when I requested my bank I had with them to be sent to me, they said it was already sent with another order. They never sent it with said order, they did NOT give me a tracking number with “said order” or email saying they were going to send my loose pearls(that is what a bank is) . Now I’m being told I have to BUY MORE, to get my order. When I purchased loose pearls from Veronica, and had it drilled and sent to me they had a promotion of a free ring. That ring was never given to me, even though they said they would. when I confronted them they said I had to BUY MORE to get it. I decided not to argue since it was free. But NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY LOOS PEARLS THAT I PURCHASED. Than when I told her that the termination with the employee has nothing to do with me and I bought directly from Ange Perle so I should be given my order and that I refuse to buy anymore from them until my order is given to me she cursed me out and blocked me. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE THEIFS! If I could give them negative stars I would!!

South sea golden pearl did not come in any packaging or box. Very disappointing.
